I just placed my second order for Doane Paper. Here’s the meme:

During a break at a product design meeting I noticed that half the room was using grid paper notebooks while the other half used lined legal pads.
What if I mashed up the two?
After the meeting I combined the two stationary designs onto a single sheet. Now the user would have access to two proven stationary tools simultaneously.

Personally, I use two of them every day, a big one labeled “Thought” for things I think, and a smaller one labeled “Action” for to-do items. The freedom of (lines + a grid) feels really good.
I asked Chad Doane for a discount code for my blog and he gave me one. Enter the discount code JAKEDP for 25% off in the next 48 hours.
(You can download this PDF and print a sheet for yourself if you want to try before you bi).

This is awesome.
